I appreciated the convenient location for Lincoln Center. The rooftop pool Access was a definite plus. My room had a clean modern design. Staff proved helpful throughout my stay.
The air conditioning was quite LOUD during the night.

staff assisted with directions and information about nearby attractions, they showed helpful attitude. Concierge was able to secure reservations at a popular restaurant, they offered assistance. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.

My stay had a few issues. The room felt quite dated. I noticed the bathroom was very small , and it lacked space to move around comfortably. Also , the check-in process was slow , and there seemed to be insufficient staff to handle the number of guests arriving , which led to a longer wait than expected.
